C# XSocket许可

我目前在一个使用XSockets的项目中。了解该项目是开源的，可以免费使用。但它仍然需要有效的许可证才能运行。我能知道在哪里可以拿到这个执照吗？ 作为信息提供的路径现在无效。我也给开发小组发了邮件，但是没有用。 感谢您的帮助
