Java 使用poi ooxml提供资源

我正在尝试使用外部配置文件创建jar文件。在使用poi ooxml库之前，一切正常。之后，我遇到了资源提供的问题。我使用next pom.xml：

getResourceAsStream返回null，但当我从pom文件中删除poi ooxml依赖项时，一切正常。

问题在于Apache汇编插件。改用apacheshade插件。
