Clearcase 清除案例许可证问题

我们正在为SCM使用ClearCase

我们安装了ClearCase7.1.1版本。我们正在使用atria许可证。
现在我们转到flexm许可证。服务器中的每个操作都正常工作

但是在客户机日志中，我得到了这个错误
