在django站点上使用两种设置（prod和dev），dev不会'；不允许管理员

目前我使用两种不同的设置。其中一个是prod设置文件，我在每次推送（postgres）时都会上传到heroku。另一个我用于开发（sqlite3）。所有的工作都很好的生产（谢天谢地），但是，管理网站不工作的生产
