尝试使用-clean标志从命令行运行Studio以清除缓存的配置

或者，如果更新时出现依赖冲突的问题，通常与将Studio安装到程序文件目录有关。在这种情况下，由于Eclipse限制，只有当Studio以管理员身份运行时，更新才会起作用。请参见此处的wiki页面：
