Installation 无法安装SSMS 18.x，错误'；无法访问网络位置*：'；

我以前安装过SSMS，并试图从18.5升级到18.6，但我收到了上面的错误。从那时起，我无法安装/升级到18.6或18.7，也无法卸载18.5
