它在核心PHP中工作（正确创建和下载），但在CakePHP 1.3中不工作。

step1:从（）下载并将其置于app\vendors\Classes下。还要确保将包含类PHPExcel的文件放在目录的外侧。因此，您的类目录将有一个文件夹和一个文件
