试着单独使用jupyter笔记本电脑。据我所知，python-m是用于引用模块的，它可能会导致问题。

最终解决了它，我必须重新安装所有内容，并在环境变量中添加另一个路径选项，即

C:\Users\This PC\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python38\Scripts

上一个路径在本地文件夹中，而这个路径在Roaming文件夹中。
