Python 3.6安装statsmodels失败，退出状态为127

试图通过

pip install statsmodels

安装statsmodels。我正在使用Win10和Python 3.6。我已经安装了NumPy、SciPy、Pandas和所有其他依赖项。我有VisualStudio社区2017安装了C++和Python相关的东西。 我得到这个错误：
