Android 无法解析React-native cli\build\bin.js

我可以毫无错误地运行我的rn项目。我只是创建了另一个测试

react-native init testapp

然后用vs代码打开，像往常一样运行这个命令

react-native run-android --no-jetifier 

它在emulator中运行代码，但现在在这样的新项目中出现错误

npx react-native run-android

Also tryed
uninstall and reinstall nodemodules
Cold start Emulator
Update android sdk
Still gives same error 

还尝试降级版本
