制作构建下载包oauth2、python openid和django social auth

未能下载的软件包有oauth2、python openid和django social auth。错误消息始终为：

Couldn't find index page for <package_name> (maybe misspelled?)
Getting distribution for <package_name>.
While:
  Installing django.
  Getting distribution for <package_name>.
Error: Couldn't find a distribution for <package_name>.

找不到的索引页（可能拼写错误？）
正在获取的分发。
而：
安装django。
正在获取的分发。
错误：找不到的分发。

我分别尝试了每个包，但总是失败。我也试着直接把链接放进去，在部分中指定部分，但仍然没有得到任何结果

这意味着，如果这些包不在缓存中，构建将失败。取消设置该选项，它将按预期工作。
