将rails应用程序发布到heroku时，它不再工作

我在我的应用程序中添加了一些喜欢/不喜欢的功能。在heroku上一切都很好，在生产中一切都很好。但是当我推到heroku的时候，它就不起作用了。我试过多次运行heroku run rake db:migrate，在我的gem文件（1.9.3）中指定ruby的版本，并重新创建heroku应用程序。不知道为什么它在开发中工作良好，但在生产中会弄湿床
