Java 获取BeanCreationException的原因：创建名为'；springSecurityFilterChain？

我正在开发一个包含两个控制器的小型spring boot应用程序：-

1）

/www.shopping.com

[只是为了好玩]==任何人都可以访问此控制器

2）

/addtocart

==此控制器只能由角色为用户的人访问

当我运行应用程序时，我很少遇到异常，如下所示。（我也发布了安全配置文件）
