Node.js 删除节点模块文件夹后运行npm安装

我试图简单地从vs代码终端运行npm start，但出现了几个错误。第一个错误是找不到angular devkit/build angular，然后我运行：npm安装--保存dev@angular devkit/build angular，然后运行npm安装，出现以下错误：
