Office js Officejs Excel加载项无法在Excel桌面中看到功能区按钮

我正在使用office.js为Excel创建office加载项，我有如下清单文件，它没有在Excel onpremise的“共享文件夹”选项卡的“加载项插入”对话框中显示要插入的office加载项，但如果我将versionoverrides更改为包含schema 1.1，它将显示包含加载项的选项，但在excel中插入加载项后，它不会显示功能区栏。在Excel Online中一切正常，请提供任何建议
