Ruby `windows中的gem安装失败

这是我的环境

$ ruby -v

$ where ruby

在使用Git bash时，我在Windows上发现了同样的问题，但在使用命令窗口时，Berkshelle gem安装正常。
它看起来还不可用。这确实提供了一个答案。响应者说使用gitbash窗口将导致gem安装失败，但是使用常规命令窗口将解决问题。
