Windows phone 8.1 Windows Phone不接受DCHP服务

我的Windows Phone（Lumia 640）有一个奇怪的问题

我已经为我的DHCP服务器使用运行dhcpd的Linux服务器有一段时间了，我在家里的每一台设备都很高兴地从它那里获得它们的IP地址（通常通过MAC地址分配，这样我就知道什么是IP）。然而，我的Lumia 640只是断断续续地连接到网络，我走遍了所有的房子，试图弄清楚到底发生了什么，在绝望中，我打开了我的BT HomeHub的DHCP服务器，突然电话连接起来（在HomeHub提供的IP上）

我在DHCPD服务器上的配置并不令人兴奋，分配的IP地址位于子网之外，因此它们不会与任何动态分配的地址冲突。正如我所说，我对多个设备（android、iOS、MacOS、Linux、Windows、SONOS）的配置没有任何问题，只有Windows Phone有任何问题

我发现我的路由器（BT HomeHub 5）仍然在发送DHCP服务，尽管服务器已关闭。重置它修复了这个问题，不知道为什么服务器仍在运行，或者为什么某些设备（我的手机和联网打印机）一直受到影响，而其他设备完全不受影响
