从讨论论坛和常见问题中可以看出，最大附件大小为10MB，但小于10MB的附件也会出现错误

还有邮件大小的总限制，也就是10米。根据：

亚马逊SES将接受最大10MB大小的电子邮件。这 包括作为邮件一部分的所有附件

因此，您必须确保您的请求符合这些限制

（我个人认为这是Amazon API抛出的一个错误“XmlException:根元素丢失”。以防消息大小大大超过限制。这完全是误导。）

AWS文档关于此问题（）说，base64编码后消息（包括附件）的总大小不应超过10mb。当您对9.28mb的数据进行base64编码时，其大小会跃升到10mb以上—可能在14mb左右。
