执行picture.compress(Bitmap.CompressFormat.PNG,50,扩展)时;压缩不会像无损PNG那样工作,将忽略质量设置。所以参数50在这种情况下不起作用。因此,我建议您将CompressFormat.PNG更改为CompressFormat.JPEG。

请记住Bitmap.compress(..)质量设置对PNG压缩没有影响。如果您想减少文件大小,您可以选择有损JPG或降低图像大小。谢谢。最后我把它压缩成JPEG格式。
