Java spring启动：运行抛出ClassNotFoundException

我正在尝试完成一些简单的REST服务，但是我在spring boot上遇到了问题，因为它说ClassNotFoundException，下面是一些细节：

找不到哪个类。放stacktrace@pvpkiran编辑的问题，把stacktraceI也必须删除pom，以使其工作
