Paypal 在授权及；捕获过程中，贝宝何时收取佣金？

但类似的情况也可能发生，案例2：

4-PayPal initiates the authorization.
5-On day 25 due some reasons (customer had cancel his reservation for example) i void authorization.

交易费用应该在捕获时支付，因为那时paypal将知道实际从一个人转移到另一个人的金额。据我所知，由于一开始没有实际的资金转移，所以撤销授权不收取任何费用
