在从1.3升级到2.4之后，我刚刚经历了完全相同的错误。我还没有研究它，但我认为新的配置是在2.4中添加的。

在任何情况下，都会出现问题，因为webforms数据库的连接字符串位于forms.config中。在其中一个升级步骤中，该配置被“重命名”（由安装程序添加）为sitecore.forms.config，保留旧配置不变。新的默认配置显然没有正确的连接字符串，因此配置该字符串并删除旧配置就解决了这一问题。

尝试在Sitecore.Forms配置文件中使用数据库服务器的FQDN。这就是为我修正这个错误的原因

您是否检查了forms.config中的连接字符串？升级后没有任何更改，因此所有字符串都是相同的。出现此异常的原因是您没有访问数据库的权限。也许新的安装覆盖了配置。你能去-/sitecore/admin/showconfig.aspx验证一下吗？我的意思是-
