SOLR配置文件能否位于父文件夹中？

我已经配置了SOLR的QueryEvation searchComponent，如下所述：

但是，我想从默认文件夹上方的几个文件夹加载elevate.xml文件

我不能让它工作。。。以下所有操作都会生成错误：
