我使用下面的链接引用在twitter上发布和共享链接和标题，但我只单击链接

http://twitter.com/home?status=test+http://www.test.com/cgi-bin/show_post.pl?view_mode=single&post_id=134 

但是正在生成的tweet，通过上面的链接已经有url了

http://www.test.com/cgi-bin/show_post.pl?view_mode=single

共享链接中的所有特殊字符都需要转换为六字符
