Ubuntu Apt更新“；未能获取"；在WSL（是的，我也是）。连接正常，但apt失败

与其他许多人不同的是，我并没有被防火墙软件阻止。我把它都关掉了。包括Windows防火墙和Windows Defender。问题从来就不是连通性。我可以手动
