几个问题

ExportClientConfigurationItems属性的类型应为ExportClientSettingsCollection not IEnumerable。 在您的配置文件中，路径是大写字母，它应该是小写字母Path=\\Example\Path，因为您已经用小写的ConfigurationProperty修饰了属性。
