deb打包时debian/rules错误

我在使用Debild创建.deb文件时遇到一些问题

在阅读一些教程之前，我设法创建了该文件，但我总是遇到以下错误：

    make: *** No rule to make target «build». Stop.
    dpkg-buildpackage: failure: debian/rules build gave error exit status 2
