Ibm cloud 无法删除mogolab服务或消息为401 Unauthorized的应用

我试图删除一个绑定了mongolab服务的旧应用程序，但该服务已停用。我既不能删除应用程序也不能删除mongolab服务，因为mongolab的端点已经不存在了。IBM Cloud或Bluemix人员是否有解决方案
