Xcode 4.6 or greater is required to run iOS commands.

最后我通过引用解决了我的问题

Cordova用于确定Xcode版本的'head'命令已被XAMPP中perl中的'head'替换。您可以键入“whichead”以查看脚本调用它。在我的例子中，我必须注释掉bash_配置文件中的“export PATH=“/Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/bin:$PATH”

所以，从PATH中删除XAMPP bin文件夹就解决了我的问题
