在Windows7中，只有具有管理权限的用户在回答UAC提示（如果UAC处于活动状态）后才能写入程序文件文件夹。因此，由于您的数据文件夹位于该文件夹中，mysqld必须以管理员权限运行，并且必须以某种方式提升该进程
