使用NPM安装JEST时，命令行引发错误

我只是用Vite初始化了一个Vue3+TypeScript项目，然后我没有做任何其他事情。我没有写一行代码，也没有修改任何文件

我只是直接使用这个命令

npmijest-D

来安装jest

但是命令行抛出如下错误：
