Objective c 多行自动调整文本标签

是否可以使用多行UILabel自动调整UIFont大小，使其适合UILabel的框架大小？如果没有，那么实现这一目标的最佳方式是什么？我不想将UILabel/UITextView的帧大小调整为任何大小。到目前为止，我一直在这样做：
