Proxy 如何通过Debian WSL上的代理下载PPA？

我正试图通过我公司的代理在Debian上下载/安装php7.2，Debian安装在我的WSL（Linux的Windows子系统）上

现在的问题是，我需要来自

sudo add apt repository ppa:ondrej/php

的ppa，因为php>7.0不再适用于

sudo apt get install

CAVEATS:
1. If you are using php-gearman, you need to add ppa:ondrej/pkg-gearman
2. If you are using apache2, you are advised to add ppa:ondrej/apache2
3. If you are using nginx, you are advise to add ppa:ondrej/nginx-mainline
   or ppa:ondrej/nginx
