Python 3.x 为什么在执行Python QT5代码时不显示图标和图像？

问题:

我用Qt Designer设计了一个GUI，并在按钮的标签和图标的背景中添加了一些图像。 我可以从软件Qt设计器中正确地看到图像和图标。但是当我执行python脚本加载UI时，我再也看不到图像了
