Python 它说我的笔记本电脑上安装了pip，但它不能下载其他模块

我试过在CMD上下载很多不同的模块，它们似乎一开始就安装好了，直到下载栏显示出来，但是keep失败了，出现了很多红色错误。我已经重新安装了几次python，并且已经检查了正确的python，pip可以正常工作。不在乎강상훈 那只是我的韩国名字 下面是一个错误示例
