如何使用Python 2.7在Mac上安装ctypes

我使用easy_install或pip安装ctypes，但它们都失败了

所以我下载ctypes-1.0.2-AMD64.zip进行安装

ctypes是一个标准模块，您不需要安装它。但是我不使用Mac，我使用Linux。谢谢，你解决了我的问题。我学习的课程使用Python 2.4，在此之前我没有使用这个库。
