Sql server 2008 使用WebpiCmdLine.exe安装SQLServer的步骤

我尝试使用

WebPICmdLine.exe

安装SQLExpress已超过3个小时。但它并没有安装SQL。我已附上日志消息是否需要安装任何先决条件？
