不确定您是否找到了问题的答案，但Orca是一个MSI表编辑器，包含在Windows SDK中

对于Windows 7和.NET 3.5 SP1-

安装后，导航到C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDK\Windows\v7.0\Bin 并执行orca.msi。然后运行Wix#项目以生成msi文件。使用Orca打开msi文件并导航到二进制表。双击WixSharp_LicenseFile的数据列，您将获得读取或写入文件的选项。如果要查看内容，请选择文件名（.rtf格式）并写入文件。进行任何您想要的更改，或者替换该文件，然后使用它读取该二进制数据行。将其读入msi表后，保存msi文件并关闭
