最新docker不再支持使用registries.conf？

最近，我使用“yum安装docker”安装了最新版本的docker:docker-1.13.1-103.git7f2769b.el7.centos.x86_64。我在/etc/containers/registries.conf中设置了[registries.unsecure]。然后我“systemctl restart docker”，但配置不起作用不安全注册表：

docker info

中没有我的新不安全注册表。甚至文件“/run/containers/registries.conf”也没有自动生成
