Html 如何在自定义Weebly主题中添加社交按钮，包括FB和Twitter

我已经破解了一个现有主题，在Weebly中为我的网站www.TheMathsTutor.ie定制了一个主题

我想在顶部我的徽标右侧插入社交按钮

我不知道如何把它们编入主题（见附件）

我尝试过从不同的来源黑客的东西，但（a）我不是一个程序员（b）我不知道代码的意思，（c）我不知道把它放在哪里
