Python 在PyCharm上使用PyPy解释器安装Pandas时失败

我一直在尝试在windows机器上使用Pycharm上的PyPy解释器安装pandas。我已经在网上广泛地解决了这些问题，但无法解决。我使用了内置的Pycharm模块安装程序和CMD窗口。我尝试过使用和不使用no cache dir命令。我已经为VisualStudio2019安装了microsoft构建工具。我已经检查过pip是最新版本。我可以安装其他模块，但由于某些原因熊猫不会安装。Numpy在安装时也会失败。这是我得到的错误；任何帮助都将不胜感激
