Visual studio HelloWorld控制台应用程序无法使用ClickOnce发布

我找到了一个解决方案， 我不知道到底哪一个是修复，我做了三个步骤：

1-我修复了.net fx安装
2-运行mage-cc以清除clickonce存储
3-重新启动
