Windows 7 应用程序未响应对话框（windows 7）

我在dell vostro 3500上使用windows 7 32位

规格为：
intel core i3，2GB RAM，320 GB硬盘，无图形卡

问题是：
操作系统随机显示此对话框，所有应用程序停止响应

Microsoft Windows     
The application is not responding. The program may respond again if you wait.      
Options: END PROCESS or CANCEL      

当我点击“结束进程”时，除了墙纸以外的一切都消失了，强制关闭是唯一的选择
