MySQL服务器已经开始加载

我用xampp控制面板启动mysql服务器。它一直有效。我不知道发生了什么变化，但现在如果我想通过mysql程序连接或连接到我的本地主页（向mysql服务器发送请求），服务器会崩溃。 这是xampp控制面板中的错误

问题似乎是您有另一个应用程序，或者xampp已经在使用mysql端口。关闭所有内容，然后重试。如果你有skype或类似的东西，试一下……已经试过了。我可以做些什么来知道哪个程序正在阻止mysql吗？
