Sharepoint 2010 尝试添加带有图像的列表项时sharepoint中出现Com异常

我无法将新闻添加到sharepoint网站的页面列表中。 例外情况：

 Please try again.

只有在设置了新闻中的图像字段后，问题才能重新出现

不知道问题的根源是什么，但当定义和内容类型从网站中删除并再次添加时，异常消失
