Tableau api Tableau服务器安装

我试图在Ubuntu机器（AWS）上以多节点集群的形式实现tableau服务器安装， 每当我尝试向工作节点添加背景进程时，节点状态都会更改为降级。如果我删除backgrounder进程，那么节点状态将变回running。除了最后一个作业步骤因超时而失败外，没有apt错误

同样在tableau ui状态页面上，我看到该节点的背景是未经许可的。有没有人面临过类似的问题？我该如何解决它

我使用的是试用版

服务器详细信息 Tableau服务器=10.5 建造：10500.18.0109.1050
