将MacOS更新到Catalina后无法从vagrant box访问共享文件夹（陈旧文件句柄）

将MacOs更新为Cataline后，Vagrant box上托管的项目停止工作。无法再从框侧访问共享目录：

vagrant@vagrant /var/www $ ls
ls: cannot access 'html': Stale file handle
html

转到：Mac的首选项：

System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Full Disk Access

并在那里添加文件

/sbin/nfsd

如果看不到该目录，则可能必须激活“在Mac finder中显示隐藏文件”：在finder中打开MacintoshHD，然后按

Command+Shift+Dot

如果您甚至没有看到MacintoshHD，请转到finder prefs并在侧栏选项中激活它。
