pip3 install opencv-python

python -m pip install opencv-python 
安装后,通过运行下面的python命令检查它是否已正确安装

print(cv2.__file__)
这将显示库指向的位置

另外,确保在同一工作目录中没有任何名为cv2的文件,否则python解释器将加载该文件而不是opencv库
