Tmux命令不'；行不通

当我键入ctrl+b（按住）按钮，然后按c按钮时，什么也没发生。ctrl+b命令组合不起作用。只有这两个命令起作用：

另外，在按下（Ctrl+%）或（Ctrl+”）之前，不要忘记释放（Ctrl+B）
