这可能会很晚，但可能会对某人有所帮助。如果系统在linux平台上，只需导航到包含.composer目录的目录，并将权限设置为允许所有用户组具有（读、写、执行）权限。这对我有用

chmod 777 -R /home/$USER/.composer

然后可以在项目目录中运行

composer update
